Welcome to Med-Cert Training Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website mymedcert.com, our educational programs and services, and any communications you receive from us, including SMS/text messages. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Med-Cert Training Center provides vocational healthcare training programs, including but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG technician, medical assistant, and other healthcare certification courses. Our services include in-person instruction, clinical training, and related educational support.
3. Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and completion of required registration steps. We reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment at our discretion. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the appropriate consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Med-Cert Training Center. The following terms apply to our text messaging program:
Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of enrollment or purchase of any goods or services. You may opt in to receive non-marketing messages (appointment reminders, enrollment updates, program information) and/or marketing messages (promotional offers, discounts, new program announcements) separately.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with Med-Cert Training Center.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Med-Cert Training Center. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages does not affect your enrollment or account status.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Mobile Information Sharing: We will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering text messages, but only as necessary to operate the program.
Program Description: Med-Cert Training Center uses SMS messaging to communicate with prospective students, enrolled students, and alumni regarding program information, enrollment updates, appointment reminders, class schedules, and (with separate consent) promotional offers and announcements.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Tuition, fees, and payment schedules are outlined in your enrollment agreement. All payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Refund eligibility and policies are detailed in your enrollment agreement and comply with applicable state regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Med-Cert Training Center or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other students, staff, or instructors
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med-Cert Training Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
