BLS – Basic Life Support For Healthcare Providers
Course Description:
The American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the tools to recognize life threatening emergencies, perform CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This course is intended for both certified and non certified healthcare professionals. Students must pass a written exam and skills check to successfully complete this course.
Students will be issued a 2-year American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider course completion card upon successful completion.

- Performing Rescue Breathing
- Care For Conscious and Unconscious Choking Victims
- Performing CPR For All Age Groups
- Performing 2-Person CPR
- Use Of Bag Mask Device
- Use Of Barrier Devices
- AED
